There is a strong multiplayer element to Fae Farm as you can have up to four homesteads for yourself and your friends to live in. The bigger and cozier the home is, the better the stat bonuses.
Decorating the inside of your house will give you bonus stats like increased health, mana, and stamina. Players can also develop and decorate their homesteads with items that can be unlocked through exploration and other activities.
